This hotel is in a prime location, right near the church, shops, restaurants, and the bus station. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with extra amenities in the bathroom and fresh towels every day. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, even allowing us to use their computer when we had internet connection issues. It was also nice to have access to a balcony and the staff were always welcoming, even offering tea, coffee, biscuits, and fruit.
Felt like part of the family, can't find a single reason to complain.

Everything was spot on. Cleanliness, facilities, and staff. The hotel is located very close to everything, right in the center of the town. The church is just a short walk away. Easy access to nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

I got great value for my money at Rooms Guardian. The room was clean, modern, and had excellent air-conditioning. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and St. James Church. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and spoke excellent English.
The breakfast items could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming accommodation near a beautiful church. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. Despite a minor inconvenience with the key, our overall experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend this lovely place for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a family-owned property with well-maintained and modern rooms. The owners were courteous and helpful, and the location was great, with St. James Church and many restaurants nearby. The wifi worked well, and breakfast was available in the hotel. It exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely, with beautiful decor and a spacious bathroom. The air-conditioning was fantastic, with multiple temperature and speed options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St James Church and several restaurants. The staff were absolutely superb, so warm and helpful. They accommodated my family's different arrival times and even helped when my mother fell ill. I can't thank them enough for their generosity and support during a difficult time. This is now my favorite hotel in Medjugorje and I will definitely stay here again!
The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.
